The moon is one of the most common images in ancient Chinese poetry. It has many mysterious and romantic legends and occupies a unique position in people’s mind. ‘Ode to Moon’ is a collection of poems on the theme of the moon. I reinterpreted Chinese ‘moon culture’ in modern design language. The whole set of works consists of a book, folds, and a slipcase.

The edges of each page of the book have been specially designed so that by flipping left and right, different images are combined in the fore-edge: flipping right shows the phases of the moon, flipping left shows a landscape.
